Project Description

Leese & Associates was the prime contractor for this redevelopment plan for this 36-acre district located in the southwest quadrant of I-25 and Arapahoe Road containing 22 parcels. The team forged a vision for the redevelopment of the district into a mixed-use commercial and residential development.
