Project Description
The project consisted of a Final Environmental Impact Statement and 30% engineering. Mark Leese, while with a previous firm, developed commuter rail station concepts for 7 areas. At each station location, alternatives were developed to ensure the best possible integration with the local context and transit-oriented development plans for the areas.
Mark Leese’s Role
Mark Leese worked with the affected communities to develop station concepts for 7 target areas on an EMU (Electrical Multiple Unit) alignment and 11 station sites on a light rail alignment, including parking structures.
