Project Description
Leese & Associates was the prime contractor for this development feasibility study of the historic Karl’s Farm, along with several other parcels. The study area is located north of 120th Avenue between Irma and Race Streets, and just south of Eastlake and a commuter rail station. The study area includes about 100 acres. The work by Leese & Associates informed a ULI panel of developers and other development specialists. The scope of work included a vision workshop, the development of alternative scenarios, and a market analysis.
