Project Description

Leese & Associates is the prime consultant on this project to create corridor plans for the two streets that intersect in the heart of Severance. The project goals include:

  • Create a Development Plan for the downtown and areas of future commercial development

  • Provide opportunities for safer pedestrian and bike-friendly routes along and across the two corridors

  • Capture the community’s vision for land use, growth, character, and development

  • Create a sense of place, sense of arrival (gateways, landscaping)

  • Improve connectivity

  • Identify future streets, access, and consolidation opportunities

  • Identify traffic calming strategies
