Project Description
The City of St. George, Utah had initiated development of a new airport east of the City. The City wanted to maximize the revenue it would receive from the development of the old airport land. The plan optimizes the use of the 274-acre site once occupied by the city's airport.
Mark Leese's Role
Mark Leese, while with another firm, led the development of the land use plan, market analysis, financial analysis, disposition strategy and amendment to the city’s General Plan.
